Mixed Greens, Avocado and Feta Salad

Mixed Greens, Avocado and Feta Salad

There are a lot of different salad variations you can make with some greens, fruits, nuts and cheese but there are certain things that you always love or stands out like this salad in particular, I like it because of its nutty, oily but light and fresh thanks to the avocadoes, lemons, almonds and feta cheese which is more than enough to flavour this mixed salad greens. I usually make this one to match sweet style barbecues or roasts, like the photo above which I snapped when we had a summer barbecue several weeks ago.

For the recipe ingredients, I did not indicated what’s the quantity for each item as usually when I make salad dishes I do not measure it and do it free style or impromptu so my apologies if you are after for the quantity but as a suggestion since this is a salad you can adjust everything according to your taste, trust me this are the type of dishes that won’t go wrong.

Do you have a recipe that does not go wrong regardless of how much each ingredient will contain? If you do please let me know.

  1. I love salads with ranch dressing. And your salad looks perfect! In my opinion, the only way to mess up this type of salad is too add too much ranch dressing…
